Do you receive cargo damaged by extensive moisture? Do you know if your factories and warehouses are located in high risk areas?

Do the following check:
My factory / warehouse is located in an area
1. Close to open water sources, like oceans, lakes and 
    reservoirs,
2. With regular formation of mist or fog,
3. With high precipitation,
4. With regular relative humidity levels above 70%.
